Accounts Group Officer Cooperative Housing Society (AGOCHS), Phase-I is located in Zone V of Islamabad near Soan Gardens, Mouza Lohi Bher.
The society has 573 Residential plots. The layout plan of this society was approved on 22-02-2007 but it was cancelled by Capital Development Authority (CDA) on 09-11-2017. The society has submitted the revised layout plan for 1248 Kanals land. Few more documents related to Sewerage Treatment Plant and others are still pending to be submitted to the Capital Development Authority (CDA). CDA is taking legal actions against the society because of violations in the society.
There are also some issues of land ownership between CBR housing sciety and the AGOCHS owners. The society has failed to obtain NOC from CDA because of not fulfilling the requirements.
